Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

All retail shop orders are processed in 2-3 business days, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders you order may be delayed a short while. Please allow additional days for delivery, timescale will vary depending on the delivery options you have selected. 

All shipping is currently sent via Royal Mail.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that some items are not eligible for returns e.g. earrings. After 14 days all sales are final.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at hello@ankorcornwall.co.uk to discuss whether your purchase is eligable to return for a refund or exchange, prior to posting.

Return Address
To return your product, you should post your product alongside your name, contact details and order information to: Higher Crankan Cottage, Newmill, Penzance, Cornwall, TR20 8UT. We recommend recorded delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
